Our Vision
Peer Outreach was founded with the vision of creating a network of community partners dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for Justice Involved Individuals, Veterans and our Nations Indigenous Peoples, based on their need, as they transition to self supportive, independent members of the community. Our team is comprised of Certified Peer Recovery and Support Specialists and Licensed Community Health Workers who have "walked the walk, talked the talk"and are passionate about supporting others by sharing their same or similar life experiences as they navigate life's challenges.
